There could be a number of different things preventing video from being played on a device.  Below a few suggestions that should help:

  1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Make sure that Flash is enabled in one of the two following ways:
    1. Click on the  icon to the left of the URL.
      1. Click the drop down menu and select allow for Flash.
      2. Reload the browser page/window you have your stream in.
    2. Try pasting the following into your browser on Chrome:   chrome://settings/content/flash
      1. In the new window click to enable 'Allow sites to run Flash'
      2. Be sure that 'Ask First' is not turned on/enabled.
      3. Reload the browser page/window you have your stream in.
  3. Try a different device.
  4. Try a different internet connect.
  5. Check the schedule to be sure the event is currently streaming
