If you get kicked off of a stream due to an IP address error, it means that multiple devices are logged in with the same passcode.

This happens when passcodes are:

  • intentionally shared.
  • being used on multiple devices.
  • simple enough to where someone else may be using the same one.

To resolve this issue:

  • Don't share passcodes.
  • Use one device to view streams.
  • Contact support to change your passcode.
