Individuals and/or organizations registering on-line are not entitled to a refund from Trackwrestling for any reason. All registrants were required to sign off on our refund policy and agreed to forfeit the fee if they cannot participate for whatever reason. Please contact the event admin as any refunding would be at their discretion.



For Administrators:


If you are canceling an event and wish to refund pre-registration payments or would like to offer an individual credit card refund due to extenuating circumstances please contact the Trackwrestling Support team.    


For Membership Refunds:

Gold Refund Policy

Paid Gold Members who haven't used benefits such as notifications or special offers may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees) within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Any refund requests after this seven (7) day period or by members who have used notifications or special offers will not be granted for any reason. To request a refund, just click ‘Need Help’ from our home page and then the ‘Contact Support’ button. Refunds will typically be issued within 3-7 days from approval but processing times can be longer depending on the card issuer.

Gold+ Refund Policy

Paid Gold+ Members who haven't used any gold benefits or watched live or archived video may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees) within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Any refund requests after this seven (7) day period or by members who have used any of the benefits will not be granted for any reason.
